Executive Director
The Executive Director is the key leader of Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter, Inc., and is responsible for the development, direction, and coordination of all operations necessary for Benjamin’s House to maintain consistent achievement. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and works with each member of the board to support the mission.

Case Manager: Jordanne
The Case Manager provides direct service to individuals and families who apply for admission and receive shelter assistance at Benjamin’s House. The wrap around case management service focuses on securing and maintaining employment as well as safe, affordable permanent housing by addressing identified needs within a set time frame with available resources.
The Case Manager develops a personalized self-sufficiency plan with each resident within the first week of arrival to the shelter. The Case Manager then works with the resident each week in a 1:1 meeting to connect the resident with resources already available in our communities to help find employment, housing, and medical assistance, and to remove other barriers that led to homelessness in the first place.

Shelter Manager: Amy
The Shelter Manager is responsible for providing support services to the Executive Director and Case Managers to ensure efficient operational needs of the shelter. They are responsible for volunteer coordination, shelter operational needs and resident needs. They assist with coordination of building maintenance and crisis management of residents.
Amy enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two daughters, and her granddaughter. In her spare time you can find her knitting, reading or cooking.

Benjamin's House Program Assistants
The shelter could not exist without the wonderful staff who help support and care for the residents. We love our staff and appreciate their time and talents which help make the shelter a viable part of our community.
Our Program Assistants play an essential role in managing the day-to-day tasks, answering phone calls, and supporting residents of our program. They provide valuable support to all potential, current, and past residents, even if there are no available beds for those in need. Although they do not directly offer case management services, our Program Assistants guide residents towards resources that can be helpful to them.
