The Executive Director is the key leader of Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter, Inc., and is responsible for the development, direction, and coordination of all operations necessary for Benjamin’s House to maintain consistent achievement and execute its mission: Working together with others to provide shelter, food, support services and an avenue for self-sufficiency for the homeless and people in need.
Case Manager: Jordanne Myzska-Schilling
The Case Manager providesdirect service to individuals and families who apply for admission to and who receive shelter assistance at Benjamin’s House. The case management service focus is on securing and maintaining employment as well as safe, affordable, permanent housing by addressing identified needs within a set time frame with available resources.
Shelter Manager: Amy Myers
The Shelter Manager is responsible for providing support services to the Executive Director and Case Managers to ensure efficient operational needs of the shelter. They are responsible for volunteer coordination, shelter operational needs and resident needs. They assist with coordination of building maintenance and crisis management of residents. Amy enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two daughters and her son-in-law and her granddaughter. In her spare time you can find her knitting, reading or cooking.
