Meet the Team at Benjamin's House

At Benjamin’s House, we believe that kindness creates community. Our dedicated team plays a vital role in supporting residents as they work toward stability and self-sufficiency. From our Program Assistants, who help manage day-to-day tasks and provide essential support, to our Case Manager, who leads our wrap-around case management program, each member is committed to making the shelter a safe, supportive environment. Together, we work to provide shelter, food, and critical resources for individuals and families in need.

Program Assistants

The shelter could not exist without the wonderful staff who help support and care for the residents. We love our staff and appreciate their time and talents which help make the shelter a viable part of our community.

Our Program Assistants play an essential role in managing the day-to-day tasks, answering phone calls, and supporting residents of our program. They provide valuable support to all potential, current, and past residents, even if there are no available beds for those in need. Although they do not directly offer case management services, our Program Assistants guide residents towards resources that can be helpful to them.

If you are interested in joining our team, please considering applying as a Program Assistant or Volunteer!

Through weekly 1:1 meetings, the Case Manager helps build and improve the plan by connecting residents with community resources, focusing on employment, housing, and overcoming barriers to ensure long-term success.
