Case Management

We use a wraparound case management approach.  The aim is to develop a personalized self-sufficiency plan with each resident.  We work with  resources already available in our communities to help residents find employment, housing, and medical assistance, and to remove other barriers that led to homelessness.

Bridging the Gap with Community Services

Residents are often in need of a variety of  services from eyeglasses to haircuts.  We have residents working on obtaining their GED or completing  basic education coursework.  We work with  community members and agencies to help provide these services the best we can for our residents.

A Helping Hand and a Heart that Cares

Sometimes you just need someone to care.  Someone to pick you up and be your biggest fan.  Often that is who we are to our residents when they have no one else.  We are happy to be that person for so many and are thrilled when we see them succeed.
